The straps are adjustable via D-rings, and can fit up to a 54" waist. If the straps are too long, they can easily be trimmed.

Like our other harnesses, it comes with both a metal and rubber (standard 1.75") O-ring. The rings are interchangeable, so feel free to use other rings 1.25" to 2" in diameter. The Mia-Z can handle a single, a manufactured double, or two single dildos.
